No purchase necessary to enter or win. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Entrant must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States or Canada. Only one entry per person. Entrant must be actively involved in production agriculture. The eDriveX system consists of one Outback Guidance Precision Solutions package (Outback S3, Outback eDriveX with eTurns and Outback A220/A221 LRTK Correction). Employees of Hemisphere GPS and Outback Guidance and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the promotion. Agents of Hemisphere GPS and Outback Guidance are not eligible to participate in the promotion. The promotion will commence on August 30, 2011 and close on December 16, 2011. The prizewinner will be chosen within 15 days of the promotion closing date. The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entering the promotion. Winners are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes and/or related local, state, federal or taxes and/or fees that may apply to winnings.
