Repairs for non-warranty items only
- For out of warranty repairs, Outback Customer Service will provide you with a SRO# and shipping information.
- Minimum Service Charge of $125.00, work completed without authorization.
- On repair work estimates over the $125.00 minimum, you will be contacted for authorization.
- Outback Guidance will contact you upon completion of the repair for payment and return shipping instructions.
- Seasonal workload may affect turnaround but most repair work should be completed within 5 business days for U.S. and 15 days for Canada.
